Delivery And Returns

We know how important it is that you receive your personalised gifts as soon as possible, and to this end we provide a simple, speedy, safe and reliable service.


The cost of delivery, within the UK, is included within the price of all of our jewellery. So the price you that you see on our website is the total price you pay.

Our standard free delivery is provided using the Royal Mail 2nd Class but there are additional options at the checkout to upgrade to Royal Mail 1st Class and Royal Mail 1st Class Tracked for a minimal additional cost.


Processing Time

We aim to make and dispatch your personalised jewellery on the first working day of receiving your order, or at the latest, the following working day. During busy periods such as Christmas this may be extended to 3 working days.


All of our gift boxes and packing boxes are made from 100% recyclable materials.


We have chosen Royal Mail as our preferred courier as we feel that they provide the most reliable delivery services for our size of parcels. They also provide a late collection service, which means that we are able to make and post orders up to a much later point in the day.

Keeping in Touch

We will provide you with an email when you order has been placed which will confirm all of your order details, including personalisation options if entered. We will email again to let you know when your order is being made and once more when your order has been dispatched.

Sending Our Personalised Jewellery as a Gift

If you purchase is not for yourself then you can choose for us to send it direct to the recipient. We will not include an invoice or sales order with teh parcel and you can enter a gift tag message which we will print and attach to the gift box.


We aim to provide a very high quality of personalised jewellery coupled with an extremely reliable delivery service. However, like everything in life, sometimes things go wrong and in these rare cases we will offer to replace with a new item or refund you the full value of your order.

Due to the nature of personalisation, we can only accept returns or refunds if the gift is damaged during transit or we have made a mistake with the personalisation.
